Total Green has been providing our cleaning services since the summer of 2019. We’ve had excellent service from Shannon and Amel and janitorial staff members that take care of our very unusual facility.
It takes a lot of communication to stay on top of the ever-changing needs of our theatre and art gallery. We are a venue that hosts over 280 events each year, in addition to providing space for user groups seven days a week. The TG staff worked with us to find a cleaning team that was the right fit for our facility. And it’s great to have the Basecamp messaging system. The response time is fast and they handle any issues by the next shift.
As a company, they’ve also been very supportive and flexible during the pandemic – something we really appreciated when our whole industry shut down last year.
So while we definitely give points for clean toilets and mopped floors, we cannot say enough about the overall dedication of Total Green to make things work for the client. Highly recommended!
